Participants can choose which sessions they attend, depending on the recipe. We will be making 2 recipes each Friday. Participants must sign up for each session by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday. The cost per each Friday is $7.00. Participant must bring the protein and freezer bags for each session. 6/7: Lemon Pepper Chicken & Caribbean Chicken; 6/14: Apricot Glazed Pork Roast & Steak Fajitas; 6/21: Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin & Orange Ginger Chicken; 6/28: Burrito Pie & Chicken Tacos
