Tax Obligations for Small Business

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State is pleased to announce the presentation of a Tax Obligations for Small Business class as part of our ongoing business training. Please join us as Daniel Peterson, CPA, provides an overview of the various types of federal and Tennessee taxes imposed on small businesses. Discussion will be held on forms of organization and tax implications of each form. Following the presentation, Mr. Peterson will spend some time on specific questions and answers.
